The research on the enterprise executives Pay system is a hot topic,this thesis focuses on the research on the correlation of enterprise senior managers pay and corporate performance from both theoretical and practical aspects. It aims to provide theoretical and empirical basis and support to establish and refine further executives pay system.This paper integrates related theories such as agent一Principal theory, human capital theory, justice theory, etc, adopts the method combines normative study and empirical study, in the basic of sum up of former literatures, construct a analysis framework of top一management compensation motivation in a general way, then study the relationship between the top management compensation and performance of the listed companies, using statistical description analysis and hypothesis testing analysis.This paper selects the companies listed in Shenzhen SME board before the end of 2008 as Research samples. It specifically studies the actual results of China's SME board executives of listed companies pay salaries and incentive mechanism. From the empirical analysis find that: From the incentive Pay Analysis ,it found that corporate Performance and the executives pay salaries was through the regression coefficient significant test. Performance indicators and the executives pay salaries ,high-shareholdings variable show significant correlation. Also the executives pay salaries and corporate performance indicators ,high-shareholdings variable show significant correlation. Finally,it got the conclusion that the China's SME board listed companies have set up effective internal incentive mechanism.In the last part of this article, according to the empirical findings and SME board listed companies actual conditions, I make some advices on the salary level and structure, the percentage of high一shareholdings. |
