China's gem on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 2009 officially opened,different from the main board market listed companies,GEM listed companies are mostly small and medium-sized private enterprises,most of them have high technology content and the ability of independent innovation.The GEM listed companies in the process of development,ownership and actual control of the company has been separated,company executives gradually become the company's actual controller,and the shareholders of the company is gradually out of the management,the information asymmetry between the two,the lack of effective supervision and other issues of executives may cause damage the interests of the company.In order to understand the company's executive incentive and company performance,whether there is a link,whether through reasonable incentive for executives to promote the company's performance and other issues,the relationship between executive incentive and corporate performance of China's GEM listed companies,so as to promote the GEM listed company executives incentive mechanism of continuous improvement,in order to improve entrepreneurship in the performance of private listed companies to provide a theoretical basis.This article through the literature research,understand the research status at home and abroad,to master the basic theory and research method,executive incentive is then selected to meet certain conditions of 133 GEM listed companies as research samples in GuoTai'an's CSMAR database,and starting from the executive monetary incentive compensation and equity incentive of the two angles.Executive incentive and corporate performance status,and analysis of existing problems.According to the results of the analysis basis and theory research,put forward a series of scientific hypotheses,research methods by means of examples,in-depth discussion on the association between private listed companies internal executives monetary compensation,monetary compensation of executives internal gap,managerial ownership and managerial ownership gap etc..Finally,through the establishment of data model,the detection results of hypothesis test results obtained: between different company performance and executive incentive level differences,executives annual monetary compensation and corporate performance is not obvious,the average correlation between executive ownership and corporate performance is significant positive correlation and significant positive correlation,the average salary gap between executives and internal corporate performance the executives shareholding ratio gap and corporate performance has not significant negative correlation at 5 research conclusion,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions through the analysis of the conclusion,in order to provide reference for further improvement and optimization of the company's existing incentive mechanism and corporate performance.
