Beijing, Tianjin And Labor Flow Characteristics And Influencing Factors Analysis

Along with the reform and opening-up and the perfection of market economic system, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan city circle's level of economic, population quality, industrial structure, level of opening and so on various aspects increased greatly. Compared with the Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan city circle owns more population and more land, although it is still in the early stages of development, market development degree and economic extroverted degree are less than the two other areas, it is still considered to be the most potential development area in 21st century because of its unique geographical position, the political culture, rich industrial base, powerful r&d ability, advanced technical equipment. How to seize the new age's opportunity, combine its own development advantages, strive to seek out and explore regional development strategy, is the urgent task Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolis circle should solve immediately.Labor mobility is not only an economic problem which promote regional economic level, promoting the region economy coordinated development, but also a social problem related to political stability; it can not only reduce the employment pressure of outflow area, but fill the vacancy of inflow area's labor market; Not only can increase labor's income level, but can improve the workforce's quality of life. Considering the importance of labor mobility on regional development, and the great meaning of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolis circle's development, this article focuses on all aspects of labor mobility in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolis circle; At last this article makes some important research suggestions. The main content of this article can be divided into six parts, the first part of this research is introduction, the introduction contains research significance, specialized term, research methods, the paper analysis frame, paper's key, difficult and innovations. In the second part, this paper summarizes the main factors influencing the labor mobility, the main analysis paradigm and the main research direction for labor mobility problems by reviewing papers about labor flow domestic and abroad. In the third part, This paper analyzes Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolis circle's overall development situation and regional internal condition, by contracting with Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta. In the fourth part, this paper combines the historical data, describes the history and status of labor flow in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolis circle. In the fifth part, this paper established a decision-making model of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolis circle's labors with qualitative analysis method, factors affect labor flow include internal factors, external factors and intermediate factors. In the last part, this paper made a summary, and then combined with the research conclusion that paper proposes the regional cooperation development.
