Research On The Construction Of Regional Innovation Ecosystem Of Beijing-tianjin-hebei

With the transformation development of economic,China's momentum of economic development has been changed from factor-driven to innovation-driven.Encouraging people to start their own businesses and to make in innovation is a measure of promoting China's growth.Innovation,entrepreneurship and emerging industry clusters are the concentrated expression of regional competitiveness.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee emphasizes that innovation should be put in the core position in the process of national development.After the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei becoming the national strategy,how to realize the synergy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei becomes important issues.In the current situation,it is of importance to discuss the structure and evolution path of regional innovation ecosystem.Under the background of economic integration,the issue how to better realize the industrial linkage,resources integration,to create innovative entrepreneurial community and realize the collaborative innovation in the region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei needs further research.Existing research shows that the ecology as the study of relationship between biological and natural environment,it is rational and scientific to introduce the ecology into the economics.The paper analyses the stable equilibrium conditions of the self-organizing evolution,competitive symbiotic evolution and collaborative symbiotic evolution between two innovation poles.Meanwhile,the paper summarizes the model of many innovation poles evolution.On the basis of evolution of regional innovation ecosystem,the paper evaluates the niche suitability and evolutionary momentum of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The research finds that the ecological niche suitability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is different,Beijing has more advantages over Tianjin and Hebei on the aspect of innovation activities.In terms of evolutionary momentum,Hebei and Tianjin have lager space of evolution than Beijing.The innovation ecosystem of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei exists some questions including collaborative innovation power,carrier integrating dynamics,dynamics of structural adjustment and industrial chain and resource allocation efficiency.These questions restrict the innovation efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Finally,according to the current situation and evaluating results of the niche suitability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the experience of Silicon valley ecosystem,the paper comes up with the thought of construction of the regional innovation ecosystem of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Innovation platform construction is the basis and the innovation cooperation mechanism is guarantee.
