| With China's financial sector to speed up the process of internationalization, foreign banks have been pouring into China, by virtue of their strong comprehensive strength, advanced management methods, strong financial innovation, and domestic commercial banks launched a competition for market resources. Meanwhile, some large state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks, have also expanded its business to the towns, to continue to provide quality financial products and financial services for urban residents and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The development and innovation of city commercial banks resisted the dual pressures of commercial banks from foreign investment and large domestic banks. Therefore, the city commercial banks demand more and more business innovation strongly. In the process of financial deepening and financial innovation, in order to keep up with the pace of the banking industry forward, city commercial banks only through enhancing the level of financial innovation, improving operations, striving to develop business, and actively carrying out business innovation activities. So searching for the business innovation strategies of city commercial banks under the conditions of our national conditions, to achieve sound and rapid development of city commercial banks is an urgently needed study.In this thesis, the business innovation of China's city commercial banks as the object of study, systematically analyze the status of city commercial banks'business innovation, the importance of business innovation, and the restricting factors of business innovation with the development of city commercial banks. Learning from the experience in banking business innovation of U.S. community banks, based on the market position of "service for the local economy, services for Medium-sized Enterprises (SME s) and city residents", I put forward to promote business innovation strategies of China's city commercial banks. |
