The core goal of human resource management are the productivity and the quality of life.and the degre of satisfaction of the job is an important goal of the staff.the Robins difinit the satisfaction of job as "the attitude to the job",and believe that he will aspirng if he is satisfact to the job,and he will negative if he is not.the degree of satisfaction is paied much attention to people.according to satistics,from 1935 to 1976,there are 3000 papers were published,it is clear that the important position in the manegement.the degree of satisfaction is much correlate to the conduct of workers.the degree of satisfaction is very active to now,and it was regarded as self-variable and so on to be researched,this artcle was questioned 60 wine-shop,and analyze the degree of satisfaction.and analyse the reason from aspact.they are society,wine-shop,and itself.from the personal aspact,we research the sex,age,school record and seniority.from the society aspact we research the variable "the worker is active or not".the artcle tell us that not every factor is very effectable to their satisfaction.this text tell us the factor which effect the satisfaction are wages,the kinds of job,school record.the society aspact conclude census register.the text tell us that there is notable relation between the satisfaction and their faith.we should creat fair surroundings,and replan the task,and creat the surrounding of love.so that to make high-grade,steady workers.
