Since reform and opening up, China's economy has been healthy and steady developing, and promote the rapid development of the tertiary industry, the hotel industry as a pillar industry has been an unprecedented good opportunity for development. But in the development of the hotel industry, it also encountered bottleneck such as the most prominent of frequent mobility and the high turnover rate of employees that restricting the development of the hotel industry. Many hotels are strongly aware that the competition of persons has been the hotspot in this domain. If corporations want to retain the persons with ability, the problem must be solved firstly is increasing the satisfaction degree of employees, accordingly fosters employees' identity and adscription to corporations, strengthen the centripetal force of employee for enterprise continuously, in order to achieve the management based on human. How to survey and evaluate the satisfaction degree of employees, and perfect the management for the satisfaction degree of employees has become the problem which must be solve by modern enterprise.The purpose of this study is to investigate the present conditions of job satisfaction about staff of hotels ,and inquiry into the job satisfaction of the staff of the different and personal background whether to have different or not. This paper firstly introduced the relevant theories of the satisfaction degree of employees and reviewed the status of employee satisfaction that researched by scholars at home and abroad .Then analyzed the features of the hotel and the logical relationship among hotel staff satisfaction ,customer satisfaction and hotel profits through the theory of service value chain. Researched on the study results at home and abroad and the features of the hotel ,this study designed the measurement scale using Likert Five Scale, and made a survey of the hotel staff satisfaction as questionnaire. The official questionnaires totaled 130, of which 104 valid, 86.15% recovery, and the overall scale reliability Cronbach 's Alpha reliability coefficients =0.917, which said the questionnaire has a very high reliability.Analyzing the results of the survey with the method of the principal component analysis by SPSS13.0 statistical software, making the largest orthogonal rotation about...
