A Reserch On Relationship Of Logistics Industry And Economic Development In Xinjiang

Logistics industry has been recognized as vitals of national economy and foundation industry, its level of development has become an importance signs of measure of a country's comprehensive national strength.Western economists and entrepreneurs regarded the development of modern logistics as the "third profit resource" following the controlling cost and improving efficiency.In the process of Xinjiang rising, social land economy of Xinjiang fast developing, and Xinjiang industry structure optimizing, and it could be selected as one important industry in the government industry policy.The economic of Xinjiang has developed rapidly in recent years,however, Compared to the rapid development of other industries,the modern logistics industry started relatively late. Modern logistics industry has become the focus of current research in Xinjiang.Firstly, based on the analysis of logistics industry development and the relationship between logistics industry and regional economy theory, this thesis try to make the relationship between Xinjiang logistics industry and regional economy clear, describing the faced current situation and the problems from the construction of infrastructure,market environment,operating system of logistics enterprise,training logistics personnel,logistics space flows and the environmental policies about the development of logistics industry in Xinjiang.Secondly, the relationship between Xinjiang logistics industry and economic development analysed definitely from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Obtained through qualitative analysis:(1) the contribution of the Xinjiang logistics industry to economic development showed an upward trend;there is some way forward and the spillover effect the latter between Xinjiang logistics industry and other industries or sectors; Xinjiang logistics industry be able to improve the investment environmentand to optimize the industrial structure of Xinjiang.(2) the level of Xinjiang economic development establishes the foundation of the logistics industry; Xinjiang's construction of infrastructure, the consumption structure and the development of foreign trade has spured the development of logistics industry.Obtained through quantitative analysis:(1)During long term and short term, there is a stable relationship between Xinjiang logistics industry and economics development, the contribution of long term bigger than the short term.(2)The relationship between Xinjiang logistics industry and economic development is causality.Finally, according to the problem which exists during the process of the development of Xinjiang logistics industry and the empirical results of the findings, the paper proposed some suggestion about developing rapidly. The national economy achieves harmonious development.
