The Effect Research Of Enterprise Cluster In The Shihezi Development Zone

With the acceleration of economic integration, the formation of enterprise cluster and development had a significant external role on regional economic. Enterprise cluster not only protect economic activities of each company in the cluster to maximize efficiency, but also enhance the survival and competitiveness of each enterprise which can effectively resist the market risk.Depend on its unique advantages in resources and the good geographic conditions, Shihezi development zone has become an important regional base on cotton spinning industry, green food processing industry, mondern agricultural equipment industry and chemical industry since Shihezi development zone developed. However, since enterprise cluster of Shihezi development zones, it is or isn't to maximize the benefits of economic activities of enterprises, or brought in good social impact, and how to bring further rapid and steady development is an urgent problem.In this paper, we put the effect of enterprise cluster in Shihezi development zone as the research objects, and want to conduct an in-depth and detailed case study. In the part of the theoretical research, we give the definition of enterprise cluster, the outlines of characteristics, and the classification, and we define the enterprise cluster and the industrial cluster, the effect of enterprise cluster and the benefit of enterprise cluster. On that basis, we briefly described the basic theory used in this paper, which made the theoretical basis for the following. Then enter the empirical part of this thesis. For the first, we introduce the situation of enterprise cluster on the number of enterprise, industries and leading industry, and the development mode of enterprise cluster. And then we use SWOT analytical method to analysis the external and internal environment of the enterprise cluster development in Shihezi development zone. Followed by analysis on the effect of enterprise cluster in Shihezi development zone, we analy two part in this chapter. The first part is the cost-effectiveness analysis. This component is to firstly estabilsh the effectiveness assessment system of enterprise cluster in Shihezi development zone, and then we use AHP analytical method to evaluate the correlation, scale, economic and social benefit of enterprise cluster in Shihezi development zone. We arrive at a conclusion that the integrated benefits of enterprise cluster in Shihezi delopment zone increase stablely and the deveplopment mode of enterprise cluster in Shihezi development zone is the correct mode to Shihezi development zone. The second part is the analysis of the influence to the social. This part mainly analy the influence of enterprise cluster on absorbing foreign busines, raising the fame, the state and government concerning, and the ability of withstanding risk in Shihezi development zone. And we arrive at a conclusion that the influence of enterprise cluster on society is weak in Shihezi development zone.In last part of this paper is some countermeasures and suggestions on how to accelerate the development of enterprise cluster from the Goverment and the related industries.In a word, enterprise cluster in Shihezi development zone are still in the stage of shaping industrial chain and strengthening the enterprise supporting capacity through the analysis of this article. The effect of enterprise cluster has not yet achieve maximum results. Withe the enterprise cluster developed.the effect will be stronger.
