For logistics issue, find the way to reengineering and optimizing the business process, pointing out the aim, making the entirely scheme of logistics process reengineering, including purchasing, selling and producing in logistics system5. Evaluates the effect of the AS's business process reengineering and optimum proposal, mainly including Economic benefits, management effectiveness, social benefit and customer satisfaction, and also prospect AS company's future work.
