Empirical Analysis Of Technical Progress On Economic Growth In Jilin

The development of human society is the development of science and technology. Technological progress in social development and economic growth plays a catalytic role in the process, which penetrate into the key factors in productivity and into productivity, technological progress can improve labor productivity, reduce labor, consumption, improve product quality and ultimately promote economic growth.The natural resources situation that Jilin saves does not hope for the best , not belonging to area abound in natural resources. So we need to further attach importance to the capital efficiency so to realize speedy sustainable development.The main body of the paper take neoclassic economic growth theory as rationale. First, it has been analysed that Jilin province 2008 in 1978-'s status .Second, we state the capital-output ratio Comparison of changes in indirect rate of the province of technological progress and capital deepening rate, founding that the capital deepening in recent years is faster than the speed of technological progress .It leads to a lower capital output ratio of each year. Then use the Component Analysis of multivariate statistical analysis method to evaluate the ability of technological innovation of Jilin Province between the year 2003 and 2008. The results show that technological innovation is relatively backward in Jilin Province, and the ranking of the trend back. Then the author has constructed the total and per capita production function model of the production function model, and analysed the contribution of technological progress in economic growth of Jilin .We found that the contribution that technological progress in economic growth has become small in recent years while the capital investment has become a major force in economic growth. As a result, Jilin Province has shown a significant current "extensive" feature. Finally, the author has given give some advice on the current problems in Jilin Province so as to promote the technological progress and economic growth in Jilin.
