Study On The Risk Management Of Refinery Firm Fcc Unit Based On Rbi Technology

The risk-based inspection (RBI) is a risk assessment and management process that is focused on loss of containment of pressurized equipment in processing facilities, due to material deterioration. These risks are managed primarily through equipment inspection. American Petroleum Institute (API) risk inspection project launched by an industry funded group in May, 1993, carried out extensively in the petrochemical business and proposed practical methods of basic resource documents (BRD) about risk inspection.Firstly in this paper, the basic theory of risk and risk-based inspection (RBI) technology, and the details of its implementation procedures and specific methods are introduced. Next a complete risk assessment for the petrochemical company FCC unit is processed including the detailed analysis of the unit, data collection, collation, identification of stock group and the corrosion loop, development inspection plans and risk reduction measures, risk inspection with the ORBIT ONSHORE software that developed by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), and risk ranking based on the inspection results. Finally the effective recommendations for the production and management of the FCC units and long-term scientific method and theory production strategy for the whole unit are provided.Introduce the concept of risk and risk evaluation, explain the situation in specific. Analyze the influence of the petrochemical production safety, analysis petrochemical safety production of the comprehensive enterprise.
