With Chinese logistics industry further deepening the degree of opening to the outside world in year 2008, the foreign logistics enterprises have gained tremendous business opportunities for further development in Chinese logistics market. At the same time, the Chinese logistics market competition has been becoming especially fierce as the financial crisis triggered by the global economic depression, as well as state-owned logistics enterprises and private logistics enterprises have been rising through mergers and reorganization. How foreign express enterprises adopt the correct logistics services strategy to integrate with the status of Chinese market to better meet customer demands, in line with the direction of their own competition development strategy in Chinese market, has become the key factor for the foreign logistics enterprises to obtain competitive advantage in Chinese market.The thesis introduced the Chinese express market macro environment and the main competitors in Chinese express industry and profoundly analyzed FDX competitive strategy together with logistics services strategy to reveal the existing logistics services problems. In order to solve the problems, in the thesis, the author adopted a series of the measures, including re-locating the existing logistics service centerestablishing the suitable supplies inventory management policy and strengthening the quality-oriented logistics services strategy to optimize the existing logistics service strategy. Through these measures applied into the operation of logistics service centers, FDX can better accord with the customers business flow and upgrade FDX overall logistics service capabilities to enhance the operating profit, reduce the operating costs and enhance FDX logistics services competitive strength in Chinese market.
