At the end of the 20th century,the express delivery industry,as an important part of logistics services,gradually developed rapidly.Because of the fierce market competition,the demands of customers on the quality of corporate services have also become higher.Only companies that provide high-quality services can survive.Furthermore,foreign courier giants have also advanced into China.Express companies want to survive in the market only to improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction.Since express delivery companies start from a small scale,there will be various reasons for their development.At present,problems such as missing express mails,damaged express mails,and inability to provide personalized services are frequently occurring.Improving the service quality of enterprises and increasing customer satisfaction can promote the economic benefits and long-term development of express delivery companies.This article first introduces the topic background of the research topic,and then elaborates the relevant theories and components of express logistics service quality.According to the SERVQUAL evaluation model,an evaluation index system for logistics service quality of express companies was constructed.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the relevant public.SPSS software was used to verify the final data to prove the feasibility of the index system.Then the entropy-subordination conversion method was used for all The evaluation results of the data are calculated.Finally,CT Express and FT Express are taken as examples for analysis,and the problems in the evaluation of the calculated service quality are studied.Suggestions for improvement are made,and then the logistics service for express companies is improved quality.
