With the explosive development of modern Internet technology,the "Internet+"mode has been widely known.Since 2014,the concept of "Internet+has gradually matured.With the development of the Internet economy,the logistics industry has been upgraded to "Internet+" logistics,and the volume of logistics transactions has increased year by year.The popularity of mobile Internet and the emergence of new Internet technologies have greatly promoted the integration process of Internet and physical logistics,forming a new mode of "Internet+" logistics.With the rapid development of the modern logistics industry,with the application of new Internet technologies,the logistics industry under the influence of "Internet+" is gradually developing independently,and the express logistics is booming.The quality of the express logistics service has attracted the attention of all people,but the results of measuring and evaluating the quality of the express logistics service have been very little.From the author's point of view,there is still insufficient emphasis on service quality in express logistics enterprises at present.Based on the current situation of service quality of express logistics express enterprises and the factors affecting the satisfaction degree of service quality of express logistics,this paper studies the literature at home and abroad.On the basis of referring to the research results of current scholars and the influencing factors encountered in daily life,it summarizes the following factors affecting the service quality of express logistics:logistics distribution time is not standard,No.There are optional logistics distribution methods,employee attitude is not good,return and exchange time is too long,can not track the accurate commodity information in time and other factors.By identifying and choosing the influencing factors,eliminating some inappropriate factors,20 representative influencing factors are finally obtained.On the basis of identifying the effective influencing factors of service quality satisfaction of express logistics enterprises,this paper analyzes the indicators,quantifies the hierarchical structure,and constructs the evaluation index system of influencing factors of service quality satisfaction of express logistics enterprises.Firstly,factor analysis method is used to analyze the results of the questionnaire by using SPSS software,including statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis and factor analysis to classify the attributes of influencing factors.On this basis,the relationship between influencing indicators is further analyzed by using SEM modeling analysis,and the relationship between latent variables,latent variables and explicit variables is analyzed.Finally,the entropy weight method is used to rank all individual influencing factors,so that express logistics enterprises can further optimize and improve the influencing factors according to needs,improve the quality of express logistics service and improve the satisfaction of logistics service.The results show that responsiveness and economy have the greatest impact on user satisfaction,and responsiveness is the most important dimension of all influencing factors.Finally,some suggestions are put forward in order to realize the vigorous development of express logistics industry and the remarkable improvement of service quality satisfaction of express logistics enterprises.Figure[7]table[20]reference[45]...
