A Study On The Impact And Strategy Of Fctc To Tobacco Industy In China

In this paper, the key problem is the "Framework Convention on Tobacco Control"(FCTC) on the impact of China's tobacco industry. FCTC as an international tobacco control laws, whether developed or developing countries are the tobacco industry, tobacco control to be implemented, smoking ban is the same. FCTC will urge the Government to re-enactment or modification of the tobacco industry, relevant management laws, regulations and policies.Based on the FCTC, the production of tobacco products, restrictions on tobacco product marketing, advertising restrictions on tobacco product packaging restrictions, taxes on tobacco products, restrictions, combined with international and domestic tobacco industry-related case, the full implementation of China's tobacco FCTC, after the development is analyzed.
