| With more than 10 years rapid development of real estate, this industry has been into the most difficult period of industrial adjustment since 2007. Unfortunately, the present hundred-year international economical and financial crisis has caused adverse effects on real estate and economic development. At this time, construction of environmental friendly and resource-saving society around Wuhan metropolis circle has been also considered to be an opportunity for economic development. Therefore, it is crucial to investigate the harmonization of real estate and urban economic development of Wuhan city with the complex situation. The relative issue had been discussed, but studies mainly focused on the macro-research from different perspectives.In this work, the relationships between the different types of real estate and economic development have been discussed in more detail based on the theory of real estate and urban economy. The first part of this work described the significance of the topic, research methods and ideas, and previous studies were reviewed. A brief introduction of research methods used in this paper was presented in the second part. In the third part of our research, co-ordination model between real estate and urban economy was established and described in detail. Then the model was used to investigate the harmonization of real estate and urban economic development of Wuhan city in the forth part. The following three parts of this work showed that the relationship between three different types of real estate urban economic development, respectively. Principle component analysis was employed in our work to establish the evaluation system of real estate and urban economic for the deep research of our topic with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the above analysis, we further analyzed the exist problems and the conclusion could be beneficial for the harmonization of real estate and urban economic development of Wuhan city. |
