The Reseach On The Economic Transition Of Urban Central Area Of Resource-based Cities

Transition of resource-based cities is a worldwide problem, Especially the Urban Central Area of resource-based city. As a resource-based city's economic, cultural, social, and political center, the Urban Central Area carry the main functions of resource-based cities, and coordinate the relationship between the various functions mainly through the economic functions.It have a double meaning that is the resources city transition and central city′functional optimization. The characteristics of its leading industry choice is special, and is constrainted by the central city resources, industry conditions, industry competition between urban status, policy constraints and other factors.The Urban Central Area′transition of resource-bases city play a key role in the whole city′transition, based on the Urban Central Area′function,life cycle theory of resource-based city, evolution theory of urban spatial structure.
