Study On The Location Of LL Dairy Enterprises' Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center

The theory of modern logistics has been introduced into China since twentieth Century 80’s, after decades of development,although Chinese traditional logistics has made great progress,but the cold chain logistics as a new logistics form is still in its infancy.As the central hub connecting the dairy products manufacturers and retailers,dairy products cold chain logistics distribution center in to ensure the supply quantities and quality safety plays a key role,so the reasonable site selection of distribution center is extremely important.Firstly,this paper bases on present reaserch situation of the logistics distribution center site selection and the cold chain logistics distribution center site selection to discussed the purpose and significance of the cold chain logistics distribution center site selection on research. Secondly, this paper introduces the theory foundation of cold chain logistics and logistics distribution center site selection.Based on the analysis and research on the many factors and according to the actual situation,it concludes the methods of logistics distribution center site selection.Thirdly,it takes the huai’an KL dairy products production enterprise as the investigative object, makes a brief description on present situation of the cold chain logistics distribution center site selection,then proposes the main problems presently existing in the KL dairy products cold chain logistics enterprise.Fourthly,it establishes the evaluation indexes of the KL enterprise cold chain logistics distribution center, and designes a model for the evaluation index to determine four first grade indexes and ten second grade indexes.Finally,it uses fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to assess to the five alternative site selection evaluation index system, uses the principle of maximum membership to obtain the evaluate results,and selects the best location for the KL dairy products manufacturing enterprise cold chain logistics distribution center.This study brings the following main contributions:Firstly,it combines with the actual situation of KL dairy products production enterprise, analyzes the factors which affect its logistics distribution center site selection and provides a scientific basis for KL company on the future development.Secondly,according to the characteristic of cold chain logistics and site selection influencing factors of KL enterprises, it researches and constructs evaluation index system of KL enterprise cold chain logistics distribution center site selection,and designs a scientific site selection evaluation model.Thirdly,according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it evaluates five alternative addresses,obtains evaluation results and selects the appropriate address.It makes the cold chain logistics distribution center of KL enterprise to maximize interests.
