| Guangxi housing reform started in the early 90s, went through twenty years of efforts, the formation of a market as the main housing supply system. Housing system reform has made some progress. The living conditions of urban residents in Guangxi, the living environment has improved. But at the same time, also faces rapid rise in house prices, in low-income residents unable to purchase, weak enforcement of housing security issues.In this paper, through the review process of housing reform in Guangxi and Guangxi, the process of housing reform as a clue by the degree of market is divided into two stages - the stage of quasi-market, the market phase, while the AHP evaluation system building and reform is , and the housing system reform in Guangxi were carried out in two stages of appraisal. Evaluation shows that, in the economic development and market efficiency, market-oriented phase of housing reform in Guangxi results outstanding, but the people's livelihood improvements, market-oriented phase of reform unsatisfactory. The article also describes the United States and other advanced countries and regions, the characteristics of urban housing system in order to learn from their experience. Guangxi also proposed reform of urban housing system target model, and the formation mechanism of Guangxi housing reform objectives analysis, and protection of Guangxi proposed to achieve the objective of housing reform policy and institutional recommendations. |
