With the rapid economic development and increasing market competition, human resource management (HRM) outsourcing as a new management style has increasingly shown its necessity and importance. Successful implementation of human resource management outsourcing can help companies reduce costs, focus on core business, streamline business processes, giving businesses a competitive advantage. Currently the theory of human resource management outsourcing research still in its infancy, the Human Resource Management Outsourcing research has focused on the concept of human resource management outsourcing, motivation, strengths and weaknesses, and risk analysis, human resource management decision-making model for outsourcing are mainly based on transaction cost theory and the theory of core competence carried out. The particular industries in specific areas of human resource management outsourcing of less.
