In some developed countries, the development of the "human resource outsourcing" is already takes shape. They had the quite perfect operation sequence to operate it, and the package to operate human resource outsourcing has a legal basis. But in our country, the word "Human Resource Management" comes not long time, and the function of Human Resource Department is irregular in different enterprises. Does an outsourcing strategy have the necessity to implement? How to do it? How to operate it in the implementation... These are the point that our enterprises must pay attention. To the human resource outsourcing in RC Corporation, I will propose my own viewpoint.The last chapter is about the summary and the forecast.
