In the world of knowledge economy, human resource has become the key element of resource in enterprise development, where HR management is receiving more and more attention. However, along with the economic development, talent loss becomes a common phenomenon with the characteristics of increasing number of frequency, and increasing attention.In the market with fast development and ever increasing number of Internet users, ChinaHR, with its core business in internet recruiting, is developing to take the leadership in China Online Recruitment. Meanwhile, the hot competition from both domestic and foreign-invested career sites has put pressure on ChinaHR, serving as a driving force for ChinaHR new exploration.The stake of online recruitment is gaining in the market, and ChinaHR is following of trend of growth. It's internet-core strategy enabled ChinaHR to focus on online products, and trying hard to keep its leadership in the industry. ChinaHR starts to realize that how to expend its brand awareness in the changing environment is crucial. A strategy on diversified product and services is an inevitable choice.Putting the development of HR service as the background, the paper studied the internet-core strategy of ChinaHR. Based on previous research and questionnaire, the paper concluded that ChinaHR should take a strategy with diversified product and service.
