Although a modern correspondence network which is high-tech large-scale and cosmically has been set up in China during this ten years. Business operation ability of these Chinese telecommunication enterprises had not actually obtained this improvement. This mainly displays in lacks of environment change sensitivity, market change foresightedness, variability, continuity of product development as so as rationality of competition cultivation. These result in a low-level competitive telecommunication market, which is inefficient and can't stimulate the vigor of industry. This kind of low-level competition has affected each enterprise deeply and resulted in a malignant price war.Product innovation is the driving force of telecommunication operation enterprise develops in the intense market. The paper try to indicate and solve the problems that existed in product-innovation process of China Telecommunication Community by detailed analyzing present situation of telecommunication operation market, development and telecommunication enterprise product-innovation. This analysis process is combined with product innovation theory, and the conclusion is drawn with "M-zone" demonstration. This paper can be used for reference, it can help the telecommunication enterprise enhance the competitive superiority by using modern marketing concept in the process of product-innovation.
