With the development of science and technology and the constant deepening of economic globalization, the competitions of products between enterprises have become increasingly fierce and the traditional enterprise management theory has increasingly demonstrated their disadvantages. In order to overcome such disadvantages, Michael. Hammer and James. Champy advanced a point of view of business process reengineering BPR in the early 1990s. BPR formed a new wave of innovation management swept the world since it advanced. Theoretical circles and the business community have conducted research and practice and made it become a new tool for innovation.The world has many successful examples of reengineer processes, such as Toyota's lean management methods in the pull-type production processes. China's enterprises in the late 20th century also began to introduce the BPR theory management to innovate and Haier was very representative. From the product innovation management perspective, we analyze the company for nearly 10 years of Haier Process Reengineering, and its enterprise management of the tremendous impact.From the structure, the paper firstly introduced the theory of business process reengineering including the background, meaning and its application to business, principles and conditions; then from the perspective of product innovation on the product innovation management theory of several forms, and its evolution line as the next focus of the analysis of the evidence, mainly on Haier's market chain as a link to the business process reengineering process and the conduct of its full SBU reengineering, expounded the concept of Haier BPR and methods of innovation.Finally, the paper analyzed Haier's product innovation management model of the reengineering process on the basis of BPR. Through the establishment of the coupling mechanism of R & D and marketing departments, and on the basis of optimizing the allocation of resources, Haier set up a model of product innovation system for the manager responsible for the process, with module manager, product manager, client manager to play the role, and adopted market-oriented evaluation mechanisms, improved the competitiveness of enterprises.This article written by a systematic analysis method and the combination of theory. The analysis of the Haier's new ways of product innovation management helped to enhance the competitiveness of China's manufacturing products.
