For this reason, this dissertation choose to study bank supervision, concerning about the key problem in finance system. With the approach of the end of 2006, the deadline that the Chinese government pledges to open RMB financial services when china affiliated to WTO, the reformation of the banking too quickly advanced. With promoting financial innovation and boosting finance development, the emergence of the mega corruption case and involving scare amount of money shocked the mind of people. Making a firm decision to combat completely collusive issuers.Using game theory, this paper investigates collusive issues in china's banking industries supervisory behavior currently. Through systematical analysis of causing collusive behavior micro-mechanism and put forward mechanism on proofing financial risk, the aim is to improve on banking supervisory approaches, to establish effective supervisory system, to proof financial risk, and to advance banking supervisory performance in all things. From the benefits of financial institution and superiors, the paper analyses conflict between two aspects and concludes four parameters being relating to bank supervisory corruption. If the supervisory authorities can control effectively the value of these factors, collusive trials will fall sharply away.The Game theory, being used as the method of researching the actions of the player involved in game, in dissertation is fit of discuss the parties in bank corruption issues. This article studies systematically the bank supervisory problem by the Game Theoretical methods.
