Dalian City Waste Industrial Facilities, Tourism Resource Utilization

As a kind of unique resource, tourism resources are playing an important role day by day in the modern economic life. It is the most important foundation and precondition of development of tourism industry. Along with the development of economy and society, great changes have taken place in the variety, quality, quantity and distribution of tourism resources. Some new tourism resources that people have never known before emerge as the times required. Industry tourism resource is one kind of the new resources.Industrial tourism is a tourism activity relies on industry resources rising in the tourism industry. As a tourism city in the old industrial base of the Northeast, Dalian not only has abundant industry resources, it's tourism market has also ripped, and has very great advantages to develop the industrial tourism. The main research object of this text is an industry waster establishment. On the basis of referring to and studying the theories of industrial tourism and industry heritage tourism and resource evaluation, applying the theories of tourism, I shifted and set up an evaluation model of tourism resource conformed to the characters of industrial resource of Dalian city. According to the different purpose of different industry waster establishment, the model has two kinds of evaluating list: museum list and participating list. Using this model, we evaluate the existing industry waster establishments of Dalian city quantitatively and qualitatively.
