Study On The Evaluation And Exploitation Of Eco-tourism Resource Of Taimu Mountain Scenery District, Fujian Province

Travel industry is the most important industry among the other industries of the world. Besides it gradually becomes the most energetic and developing new industry of Chinese national economy. Along with improving of people's environmental consciousness, people's apperceiving, expectation, attitude and values to tour change too, ecology tour develop rapidly as a mode of sustainable tour. Tourism is a kind of resource industry, for the resource of tour is the base and precondition of the development of tourism, Tourism's sustainable development depends on the sustaining using the traveling resources. China is rich in tour resource, but there exist many abuses in the tour exploitation, and the national tourism's development has been restricted seriously. The development of the tourism depends on the exploitation of the traveling resources. Therefore, scientifically completing the investigation and the evaluation at the earlier period of the exploitation, has important practical significance for the resources' reasonable development, protection, and sustainable use. Also it will provide scientific reference to the exploitation and sustainable management of the scenery district.At the beginning this test elaborated the eco-tourism resources' concept, characteristic as well as its form mechanism, and demonstrated how important is the tourism resources to the development of the tourism. Take the national key scenery district——Taimu mountain scenery district as the research object, in the foundation of widespread investigation and the basic theory and method of the eco-tourism, the eco-tourism resources are divided into the physiography landscape, the water landscape, the biological landscape as well as the historical site and the building landscape, after that, the Taimu mountain scenery district is divided into the sightseeing area, the vacation area, the scientific education area, the service area and the administration area.The article evaluated the eco-tourism resources of Taimu mountain scenery district by both the qualitative method and the numerical method, and established a system of tourism resource evaluation of Taimu mountain scenery district, the indices are set by AHP. The result calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the quality of the eco-tourism resources of Taimu mountain scenery district is good, and it achieves national traveling place level. Through investigating and analyzing tourists characteristic of Taimu mountain scenery district as well as calculating the eco-tourism environmental capacity, the result indicates that the eco-tourism environmental capacity of Taimu mountain scenery district counted 2,940,000 people per year, by far it is much more than the tourists to Taimu mountain scenery district. Therefore. Taimu mountain scenery district no only has the extremely high development value, but also has the quite important development potential. Finally, the article brought forward the proposal and the measure about the eco-tourism resources exploitation of Taimu mountain scenery district. It will provide the scientific foundation to the resources conservation and exploitation of Taimu mountain scenery district.
