With the development of economy and the society, human plays a more and more important role in the organization development. However, as for an organization itself, organizational capital may be the most important source for its core competence. Using the organization as its carrier, organizational capital inosculates the soul of other forms of capital and becomes the central power for an organization's core competence. However, the research has not been systemized and the method is a bit pale.The thesis starts from the four characteristics of a core competence and divides organizational capital into four dimensionalities. In this thesis, the author analyzes the standards of core competence of Dr. Snell and the"compass of organizational capital"introduced by Dr. Fan Zheng, and put forth an elaborated analytic system of organizational capital investment based on the above theories and a broad concept of organizational capital. The analysis is on the four dimensionalities and their influences to the development of the organization. After the theoretical analysis, five cases are used to support the view.The creative points of this thesis are the amalgamation in the analysis of organizational capital from the economic side and the managerial side; integration of the two models on core competence of Dr Snell (from the economic side) and Dr Fan Zheng (from the managerial side); and the advance of the integrated system of organizational capital and the responding realizing approaches to a core competence through the cultivating of organizational capital.
