In this explosion of knowledge and information era, knowledge becomes the most important resources. Knowledge and the ability to create enterprise has become the core of an important source of competitiveness. In this context, enterprises increasingly want to deal with intense market competition and ever-changing complex environment, the only way is the importance of knowledge, learning knowledge, rely on the competitive advantage of knowledge acquisition was the rapid and long-term development . If we say that the enterprise's core competitiveness of the organization-specific knowledge condensation, then the core of organizational learning is to cultivate the best way to competitiveness.In this paper, through literature, theory, research and case analysis on the basis of predecessors, from the perspective of organizational learning to start on the enterprise's core competitiveness of the formation. First, the research methodology documentation of both the enterprise's core competitiveness theory and organizational learning theories to sort out. Secondly, the use of a comprehensive analysis of law, through the company's core competence theory and the analysis of organizational learning theory, and further clarified the theoretical basis and the two relate to each other. Finally, knowledge of business environment, enterprises as the cornerstone of knowledge management capabilities, build the core competitiveness of enterprises to form the cyclic model "of organizational learning - to encourage individuals to create mind - to promote new useful the formation of an effective enterprise productivity - raise the company core competitiveness."This paper presents the company at the same time sustainable competitive advantage is to have a fundamental core competitiveness, the company to build its own core competitiveness lies in an effective way to access tacit knowledge and innovation. Is a prerequisite for the creation of new organizations to establish a good learning approach, this reveals an important theoretical point of view of organizational learning with the core competitiveness of the intrinsic conduction mechanism for the formation and use case studies and integrated analysis, verify the point.
