With the background of the obtain employment contradiction of gross and structure jointly existing, it becomes especially significant about the employment-obtaining problems of our country' s college graduates. It not only concerns the felicity and hope of college graduates, but also could affect the economic development and social stability. This research studies on the relationship among college students' vocational values, employability and employment performance of obtaining employment to provide some scientific gist for career counseling for college students' and improving their job-obtaining performance.After reviewing large numbers of literatures, this research summarizes the related theories of vocational values, employability and employment performance, indicates the deficiency of the past research, presents the relationship model in this research and proposes their relevant hypotheses.Base on the investigation designed the questionnaires and made a revise to the questionnaires through small-scale pre-test. With the help of these questionnaires on 344 graduates, first-hand data were obtained and analyzed through SPSS 13.0 and AMOS5.0. The main analytical methods include factor analysis, ANOVA, multiple linear regression, SEM and so on.Through the combination of positivistic research and interviews, the main conclusions are drawn as follows:â‘ vocational values including seven factors such as materialism, circumstance, achievement, development, create, independence and altruism. Research results indicate that the political religion of college students and singleton or not have a significant influence on their vocational values. â‘¡Employability consisted of four aspects as self-awareness, cooperate ability, dependability, recognizing ability. Research results indicate that the political religion of college students have a significant influence on their employability. â‘¢The dimensionality of college graduates' employment performance was presented, which includes process performance and resultant performance.
