The enterprise's strategy is an expanding fundamental and long-term design, which points out its main developing way and the aim in order to form and maintain its competition predominance and try for its long-term survival and development. It bases on the analysis of the exterior condition and the interior resources. The enterprise's strategy mainly refers to the product and service's direction aim and policy, which take part in marketing competition.In china, Landscape and gardening is an old industry. But its growing is not smooth and easy. In the 1980s, the State Council successively issued several regulations to give priority to the development of the landscape and gardening and appropriated huge funds for its development. In the twenty-first century, there are some new changes in the landscape and gardening market, whose mainly character is that the industry is transiting to maturity. In the new environment, the enterprises competed more fiercer than over. As one of the oldest landscape architecture enterprises in Shandong province ,The LVXIN corporation must confront this question:'how to arrange the firm's resources effectively to win competition advantages', this question becomes a matter of survival and expand to the corporation.This article analysis the LVXIN corporation's micro-condition and the competition condition through the PEST and Five-forces model of competition analysis. It also analysis its competition predominance and inferior position, the chance and the intimidation brought by the condition through SWOT. It focuses on the analysis on the match between the inner advantages and outer condition.Based on the characteristic and tendency of the landscape and gardening industry, the thesis points out the LVXIN corporation's competition strategy should be differentiate focus strategy. The firm should initially amass its resources to some branch markets and get the leader position. In order to gain this strategy, the firm must reduce the differentiate cost. After analysis the situation of the firm's management and its own SWOT, the thesis point out the firm's competition measures and approaches: implementing "firms and farmers cooperation" model to resolve the special materials supply and to reduce the differentiate cost, enhance the organization culture...
