| In recent years, the centralized heat-supply has been the main body in the heating supply of our country. But along with the continuous deepening of market-oriented economy reform, its management model, management system,business process, which formed under the planned-economy condition, not only can not fit for the new economic system, but also violate the further development of the centralized heat-supply enterprise. Because of this, the development of the enterprises has met many problems and the enterprises have been in the difficult position. This thesis gives an overall sum-up of the existing problems and a closely analysis of the reasons for them. Through the analysis and prediction to the factors which influence the development of enterprises, this thesis points out that the poor situation is temporary, it also affirms the potential of the centralized heat-supply of our country. And this conclusion will raise the hope and confidence of the centralized heat-supply enterprises. On the base of the conclusion, the thesis puts forward a systematic reengineering model which combines the Reengineering Corporation theory of Michael Hammer and James Champy with the actual situation of the centralized heat-supply enterprise in China. The goal of the model lies in solving the question fundamentally and helping the enterprises get rid of the difficult status to develop continuously. The thesis elaborates the every aspect of the systematic reengineering model from the management system,business process,organization structure,control system to the culture.This thesis provides some useful references which will help the centralized heat-supply enterprises in China to reform successfully and get sustained development in the market-oriented economy. |
