Currently, mobile communications is ushering in a new leap, broadband, intelligent, personalized, media-based, multi-functional, environmental protection, has become the world’s new trend of mobile communications, and gave birth to a new round of fierce competition. China Mobile is also growing field of competition situation and competition patterns and trends have also undergone tremendous changes, competition in the market from a product, price-based shift to service-oriented, high quality and perfect service to become the leading competitive landscape important factor, therefore, services marketing channel management as the key to winning competition to seize the channel is to seize the customer, to seize the market. Quick improve marketing channels and optimize the performance management system becomes the current looming big move.This paper based on marketing channel management theory and a detailed analysis of environmental change on the impact of channel construction, and theory with practice, focusing on qualitative and quantitative analysis of the countryside branch of China Mobile channel marketing strategy was investigated.From the empirical point of view of Gulang Mobile rural market and channel models are analyzed, summarized the status of channels of mobile communication company’s main problems: on the distribution of control is low; price confusion, irregular channel; agent point makeup, the lack of overall planning and management; incentive policy differentiation, lack of long-term binding.This paper begin with the existing problems in the community of channel management of Gulang Mobile,"the principle of social stratification channel classification,""classification hierarchical business management","hierarchical classification motivation test","direct supply channel management "and other aspects of the analysis and research, aimed at improving the efficiency of channel management community, and further control of the community channel, and reduce operational risk, operational advantages of the times to2G extended to3G era, era of3G telecommunications operator to maintain the leading position.
