Evaluation Studies, Based On Data Envelopment Analysis Of Transport Efficiency

The level of transportation efficiency is to measure the level of a country's or region's transport development an important basis. As research methods and statistical data related to other factors, the transport efficiency of systematic quantitative analysis yet. This paper defines the concept of intermodal transportation and transport efficiency, based on the theories of intermodal transportation and transport efficiency. This paper chooses DEA to evaluate the efficiency of our integrated transport.This paper presents that development of intermodal transportation system includes three areas, including: structure research and policy research. Using the sustainable development theory, resource allocation theory and systems theory, this paper analyzes intermodal transportation system development. This paper analyzes that intermodal transportation system theory and the different stages of development of intermodal transportation system theory thread priorities, that various modes of transport in the different stages of intermodal transportation system status and role changes, that the different stages of development of the transport policy guidance by data analysis.This paper analyzes that the structure and size of industry, labor and other important resources, that transport resources intermodal transportation efficiency from both input and output by DEA, that China's basic situation and problems of intermodal transportation efficiency.Finally, this paper discusses the problems in the intermodal transportation management system and makes policy recommendations.
