Research On The Integrated Development Of China's Comprehensive Transportation

Integrated transport system is in terms of the five single transport systems. It is a coordinated, organic, smooth and reasonable transportation complex according to the technical and economic characteristics of the five signal transportation. With economic and social development, and scientific and technological progress, transport process is from single approach to the development of diversification, transportation tool develops from simple mechanical to modern intelligent, but the whole process of people flow and logistics have to use variety modes of transport, so the transport production itself demand organizing all the modes of transport and form a unified transport process. From the transport industry's history and current situation, the various modes of transport on the one hand there is a process o f coordination and complementary requirements in the transportation and production, on the other hand in the transport market and technology development and compete with each other. These two requirements are woven together to promote continuous development of the integrated transport system.Transportation integration means optimizing the allocation of transportation resources in accordance with the overall objective of economic and social development, and through reasonable division of various transportation, giving full play to the advantage of a variety of transportation to break the boundaries of the administrative, departments boundaries, geographical boundaries, to promote the development of integrated transportation, in order to improve the overall efficiency of transport services and the level of dynamic process; transportation is the only way to achieve sustainable development.After the founding of the PRC, through 50 years development, China's highways, railways, waterways, aviation, pipeline five modes of transport have been great development, initially formed the basic framework of the integrated transport system. However, in theoretical research and practical applications, still can not meet present and future economic and social development and transport needs, compared with foreign countries, there are still significant gaps. So far, the research of transport industry at home and abroad is many, but the study of the integrated transport system is also very rare. At present, China is in a crucial period that planned economy changes to socialist market economic system, so the author wrote this paper's starting point is that from the transport efficiency and intelligent transportation point, systematic and comprehensive study China's comprehensive transportation system development.This paper first to review abroad study of the integrated transport system, analyze the development process and the development trend of domestic and international integrated transport system, and get the enlightenment from foreign countries'integrated transport system development to guide Chinese integrated transport system development. Then use the system theory and the theory of sustainable development, building structure effects model, grey GM (1, N) model, DEA model and transport efficiency evaluation index system to comprehensive analyze China's integrated transport system. And to the analysis China's comprehensive transportation direction of development is taking the path of sustainable development using the information technology. This paper integrates the latest results of the international integrated transport study, and introduces the concept of intelligent transportation systems. The core of intelligent transportation system is the comprehensive utilization of all the advanced technology, comprehensive development of traffic-related information and a full range of services, so that the resulting will overall improve the road network utilization rate and have value-added effect. Among them, traffic information services and integrated development occupies a very important position. At present, information in China's various modes of transport have carried out different levels of development, but has not yet comprehensive traffic information service. After years of development, railways, highways, waterways, air and pipeline transport system in the establishment of information systems has made great achievements, among them the lack of information exchanges and communication formed many information islands which are not conducive to the establishment and development of integrated transport system. For the information islands to achieve information sharing and communication, even more effective use of information and other resources, information integration is the only means.This paper illustrated the necessity of developing China's integrated intelligent transportation system, on the basis through a lot of data analysis, given China's integrated intelligent transport system development strategy principles and strategic goals, designed the information structure of our integrated transport system. Finally, the paper gives the policy measures and recommendations of China's integrated transport system construction.
