This essay is concerned with the ATM maintenance service of Sichuan Jian-hua Electric Company, Ltd. Trough the analysis of the content of ATM maintenance service, service process, history data and the evaluation target of the service quality, find some problems to be urgent solved. Making use of existing service management theories and combining the actual circumstance of the company, put forward the establishment maintains the service quality a whole evaluation system based on the customer's satisfaction. Put forward some improvement suggestions and project to the mode that maintain service at the top of this foundation, the further improvement ATM maintained the management of the service, the implement maintains to serve a whole quality management, improving the service quality, lowering to maintain, cost availably, thus to improve the management of the company, carry out the profits growth and strengthen competitive advantage. Study to mainly adopt the way that the theories and fulfillment combine together in the process, the data that emphasizes a research to make use of the existing service management and statistics software the academic service management theory to maintain in the last few year to the service quality present condition of the company and the ATM carries on analysis, among them, the theories make use of the service profits chain, the service operation management, the customer satisfaction measuring, the analytic hierarchy process and statistic, etc..
