Belle Shoe Market Demand Forecasting And Logistics Network Optimization Design Study

This paper is based on lots of single forecast models, and brings forward compounding forecast model of demand just for belle shoes industry. The arithmetic example indicates the method in this paper is feasible and easy to operate, and has the relatively higher forecast precision, so we can make it as an effective tool in demand forecast of shoes industry. On the basis of analyzing the logistics distribution network of belle shoes industry, we adopt C-W saving algorithm, apply it to vehicle scheduling of logistics distribution and improve it so as to solve vehicle scheduling problem with time window. Finally, we adopt multi-target planning method of sending goods by cycles and optimize distribution route of belle shoes industry just for distribution problem with a small batch and large frequencies. We look forward to solving the problems that logistics distribution network of belle shoes industry covers more widely and becomes more complicated.
