With the high speed development of information technology and the increasinglyfierce market competition, cost competition has evolved into managementcompetition. Meanwhile the management competition is increasingly obvious.Enterprise management is the core of strategic management, strategic managementis the core of human resource management, and human resource management is thecore of performance management, performance management has close relationship withperformance testing. Performance testing is the key of the human resourcesmanagement system, the purpose is to enhance the operation efficiency of enterpriseorganization, improve the quality of the employees skills, arouse their workingenthusiasm, ensure the efficient operation of work, so as to promote the goodoperation of the enterprise, ultimately benefit the enterprises and employees.In recent assessment theory of performance management theory, to explore aneffective performance testing system is the top priority of very enterprise towin the market competition.This paper mainly studies the important role of the performance testing inoperation management of Belle, analysis the current situation of personnelstructure and the effective operation and management of Belle. In the writing ofthis article, I use data to analyze the company performance evaluation scheme,and find out the existing problems: Belle’ performance evaluation system is notreasonable; Belle’ performance appraisal cycle is not accurate; Belle’performance evaluation lack in incentive system; Belle’ performance evaluationhierarchy is not clear. Finally I design a number of supporting measures of Belle.If Belle can be combined with the actual and adopt the performance testingscheme, and carry out earnestly, I believe that Belle will be able to improve thecompany management performance and win in the market competition.
