In recent years, following China’s continuous and sustained rapid economicdevelopment, the consumer demand in the domestic car market is growing, thedevelopment of the automobile industry is changing, it will encourage thecompetition continue to intensify among the various car manufacturers. Nowadays,along with the continued rise in raw material costs, labor costs and prices, how canenhance the core competitiveness, reduce costs, increase profits, reflecting the priceadvantage of enterprises become the most concerned about and the primary One ofthe problems need to be solved of automobile manufacturers, especially the cost ofthe logistics process generated is more and more attention. But in the automotiveindustry all the logistics process, the automotive parts inbound logistics operationsrelated to the smooth supply of the thousands of auto parts, and related with theOEMs smoothly production or not, so it is an expression of its complexity andimportance. If we want to make this problem can be resolved quickly and effectively,it must be through technical means of modern logistics to achieve. In the partsdistribution into the plant and operations, most companies are still primitive bycomparison method, namely use manual work and intercom equipment for vehiclescheduling and management. This link is very important for the entire logisticsprocess, use the present method is not standardized and easy happen scheduling error,and there is phenomenon of inefficient scheduling and unloading position use ratiolow, and so on. Once the scheduling error phenomenon happen, it will cause seriousimpact on the OEM production.Firstly, this article expound the theory of logistics management, Kanbanmanagement theory, parking planning principles, the principle vehicle scheduling,RFID technology application and etc.. Secondly, in my position use “A” carmanufacturer as an example, combined with the scheduling status of “A” enterpriseparts distribution into the plant business to described, through research, comparativeanalysis and case analysis. For example, manual work have problems such asunloading position use ratio low, vehicles unloading in time rate low, low unloadingefficiency, vehicle scheduling accuracy low, high labor costs, low vehicle into theplant in time rate and high unloading error rate.According to the parts distribution vehicle scheduling problems of “A” car manufacturer, for better balancing unloading position load and production cansmoothly, after a comprehensive analysis, provide systematic informatization projectdesign for “A” car manufacturer distribution into the factory scheduling business,through use the radio frequency identification technology to use the manual work tomanagement “A” car manufacturer distribution into the plant scheduling business,and make the problem can be effectively solve, such as unloading position use ratiolow, vehicles unloading in time rate low, low unloading efficiency, vehiclescheduling accuracy low, high labor costs, low vehicle into the plant in time rate andhigh unloading error rate.Through implementation this program, not only provides the informationtechnology solutions to solve the problem vehicle into the plant management, butalso the extent of solve these problems can reached the value of enterprises requiredstandard, and also greatly enhanced the level of enterprise information, has somesignificance for practical and efficient Construction vehicle management system.Currently in the parts transport process, in order to make the material safety besafeguarded, now is use the ways of one-time blockade. Each time before the goodssend to the factory need one by one door were locked and be recorded the blockadenumber, in the process requires not only record blockade numbers, but also needcheck the blockade number after the vehicle arrival for verification. Like this notonly increases the business processes time, also waste enterprise operating costs. Inthe next step we hope to use RFID electronic locks to replace the existing one-timeblockade, which has improved the timeliness, convenience, safety and other aspectsof business operations to reached the target of cost reduction; use reservationdelivery mode to ease the block up of the vehicle into the plant and improve thetimeliness.
