With the development of Chinese economics and its entering the WTO, China has become the enormous auto market that can master automobile industry of the 21st century. Large-scaled activities, such as West Development Project, 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, 2010 Shanghai world EXPO, and so on, will open up a bright prospect for Chinese auto market. There has been more than ten advanced automobile firms entering the Chinese auto market and they all have ensured their own position in Chinese auto market through fierce competition.Korean companies should adopt their good points and avoid their shortcomings to contend with foreign automobile firms for the advantage position and they should also correspond with the changes of Chinese policy to make preparation for the possible danger. For this purpose, they ought to grasp the environment of Chinese auto products and lead local development successfully.This paper suggests several strategies about how to enter the Chinese automobile market to occupy advantage position in Chinese auto market for Korean auto factory through analyzing the current situation and policy changes of Chinese automobile and the current situation of the transnational companies' entering Chinese marketplaces.First, labor power and parts of the machine, companies should realize these problems in local area. For this purpose, companies ought to enlarge producing technology of automobile parts and the direct investment in local area. They should cultivate talented seller to suit Chinese market, and they should also coexist with local companies and overcome the cultural differences between Korea and China.Second, for the purpose of improving Korean automobile quality, companies can mobilize a variety of means to raise efficiency and manage Chinese local factory. Besides, companies should analyze the continual waste factor to achieve the purpose of saving cost, and they should also improve credit and quality of products.Third, companies should establish the resolution system which can correspond the changes of Chinese policy. For the long-term development, the point of entering Chinese market is brief organization and resolution system which decides business quickly.Fourth, companies can realize the variety kinds of the automobile though develop independent motorcycle type and they can also realize the debuting of new vehicle species regularly through short-term production cycle to ensure the replace need.Fifth, companies should catch the gap of the market in choosing the vehicle type though analyzing the multiple levels of Chinese market. Meanwhile, companies should enlarge the investment, reinforce the service though the internet and improve the Chinese trustiness.
