Module or modularization is a new concept, which comes from the practical product process. By far, this idea has permeated many fields, such as production, management, research etc. And many foreign scholars has analyzed this theory form many aspects, while it is not clear in China, and many people do not understand its connotation and meaning. The author wants to research the modularization combined with the industrial theory and discusses the relationship between them. Considering the specialization of the automotive industry, the author will discuss the effect of the modularization on it. The modularization architecture of the auto decides the design; the design will form the production; and the production will decide the organizational architecture. The modularization has decisive effect on the organization and mode of auto industry.2. With the development of the market economic and the increase of all kinds of pressure, the OEM especially the multination auto OEM purchase globally. The author considered the competition and coordination between suppliers should be more closed. This competition and coordination formed new parts. At the same time, the relationship between mlti-tier suppliers and OEM has become many shapes of relationship between demand and supply. The author brought forward 3 kinds of different supply modes, separate supply mode, concentrate supply mode and mix supply mode.3. Through the contrast of the auto modularization organizational mode among different countries, there are several modes, such as the occident mode or the parallel mode in the developed auto industry, Japanese or Korea mode or tower mode in the developing auto industry, loop mode in our country. We can get a conclusion that the higher degree of the system integration in the auto industrial chain, the more complex it is and the more added value and profit in products. In another word, the profit of the OEM is the most, and the first tier supplier's profit is the second, and the second tier supplier's profit is the lowest, because the first tier supplier undertake the transfer of the whole supplier chain and the process of the making is more complex and higher technology.4. The more developed area, the more system supplier in the auto, which is the reason the higher technology of the auto suppliers, the more developed of the auto industry.
