Time Competition Ky Spare Parts Supply Management Research

Using the spare parts supply management system of KY Company as the research subject, this thesis investigates systematically the problem about the characters of total cycle time of supply chain and the factors of spare parts control management system in process-oriented enterprise through qualitative and quantitative methodology, and put forward to the operational mode of spare parts supply management system with Time-oriented competition and the solving tactics.This thesis has wholly studied TBC supply chain and the spare parts mode from the process firm's perspective. Bring Demand-occurring cycle time (DOCT) into total cycle time of supply chain to investigate. The components of spare part's pull/push type SC of KY Company are analyzed by grey relational analysis. Meanwhile, the meaning of slow moving spare parts and fast moving spare parts is newly annotated, and the implication of them was compared. Furthermore, the demand planning mode of spare parts was put forward. Basing on above study, after analyzing the limitation of EOQ model for two kinds of spare parts purchasing in KY's pull/push type SC, and set up the spare parts purchasing tactics, which think over DOCT and lead time, the author according to the research results of the improved ABC classification model of spare parts stock, and band together the situation of enterprise, produced the optimize tactics of spare parts inventory with time-oriented competition in KY Company.Through make use of the dynamic information analysis of spare parts inventory model, this research investigates the character of demand- supply flowing graph about slow moving spare parts and fast moving spare parts from logistics supply-and-demand equilibrium angle of view. Finally, after analyzing the following three aspects, that is, the target of enterprise, demand occurring velocity, and market availability, the operational mode of spare parts supply management system with time-oriented competition and the solving tactics in process-oriented enterprise were put forward.
