In recent years,the development of clean energy is accelerating.In 2016,the newly installed capacity of PV had increased by34GW in China,which lead to a total capacity of over77GW,China then became a country with the largest PV capacity.Because the speed of photovoltaic power plant construction in Northwest China accelerated,lack of supporting and transmission network,limited market consumption capacity,resulting in "abandoning light" to some degree.Under the environment of "abandoning light",it is imminent to carry out meticulous management of the operation and maintenance of enterprises in order to ensure that enterprises can still make profits under the condition of electricity limitation.How to use scientific management concepts and information are crucial to carry out meticulous management of operation and maintenance work.Spare parts management is the core link in operation and maintenance refinement management.This paper is devoted to the research of spare parts management under the guidance of BPR theory.First,this paper summarizes the research status of domestic scholars on the application of BPR theory in spare parts management of spare parts;secondly the paper elaborates the related concept of business process reengineering,;the author uses the project in West Central District as the research object,analyzing of the current situation of the company spare parts management process and the problems in the whole process to purchase management the procurement,implementation process,spare parts and spare parts storage process to return the 4 core process as an example,the objectives and principles followed by BPR,the new design of the process;and to evaluate the spare parts management business process reengineering after efficiency analysis using the AHP method,finally summarizes and prospects.This study is under the guidance of BPR theory,the optimization of spare parts management processes,improving the management level of spare parts,which can help reduce the production costs that is expected in other power plants,by doing so,the author tries to provide a reference for photovoltaic leading enterprises in the industry to enhance the core competitiveness.
