This thesis concentrates on the PPAR of telecommunication projects. PPAR is an important step of a project process monitoring by using managerial theories. The wanted information can be feedbacked by using PPAR if a project is PPAR-ed. The evaluation of a PPAR-end project can be beneficial to a new one by measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling systematically.In the eye of the characteristic of telecommunication project, to discuss the timing question of the telecommunication projects in detail, to explain the concept of before-after comparison ,and study the PPAR methodology in a specific way. In the field of telecommunications projects, "with and without comparison" is the suitable tool. This thesis also use "with and without comparison" to analyze a concrete PPAR of an existing project. |
