A Comparison Research On Management Pattern And Financial Performance Of Yomghui Superstores And Zhongbai Holdings

Retail trade has always occupied a very important position in our national economy.It is the bridge and link between producers and users,and it is the most active link in the market economy.The physical retailing has been strongly impacted by the e-retailing since 2011.For all that,the physical retailing is still actively exploring the direction of reform and transformation.There are many factors,but how to choose the appropriate operation mode,including sales mode,financial strategy and expansion strategy,etc.It is an most important factor affecting the operating performance of retail enterprises.This paper chooses two retail companies,Yonghui Superstores co.,LTD and Zhongbai holdings group co.,LTD,which are both competitors and partners,as the research object,trying to investigate the possible impact of differences in operating modes on financial performance of enterprises.In fact,the two companies are quite different in development trend and business scale,under the same external environment.But because they belong to different systems(private enterprises and state-owned enterprises),there are different operation modes and management concepts.After the capital operation at the end of 2014,they have strengthened multifaceted cooperation.And a special relationship has been formed.The purpose of this paper is to explore the differences between the two companies in terms of operation mode and financing mode,and how these differences will be reflected in the financial statements.In addition,the paper will discuss the impact of cooperation after 2015 on the financial performance of the two companies.On the basis of comparing the differences of accounting treatment in different operation modes,this paper will answer these questions one by one,through the three-dimensional comparative analysis of financial statements,financial indicators(including profitability,asset utilization efficiency,debt management ability,cash creation ability,growth ability,risk control ability and value creation ability).
