Comparison Research Of Investment Scheme On A Water Supply Project Based On The Grey Relational Degree Theory

With a lar ge number of engineering pr oject construction, the comprehensive evaluation theory has been widely valued and systematically studied in our country. Following the urbanization construction, the development of s mall towns, and the increasing of the resident population, the contradiction between supply and demand of drinking water is increasingly prominent in small and m edium-sized urban. It is a complex question to argumentation and research about the water supply projects plan, which always involve various comprehens ive factors such as society, economy, technology and environment. In this study, a comprehensive evaluation model, which is suitable f or plan co mparison research of water supp ly project in s mall towns, is constructed based on the grey relational degree theory, and takes water sup ply engineering in G town as an example. In addition, the specific application of the model is analyzed by three dif ferent kinds of c onstruction scheme of water supply project. And it shows by specific calculation and economy analysis that the model has the good economic and social benefits.In the process of com prehensive evaluation model established, the first step is to determine evaluation indicators for synthetically grading and dimensionless processing on the original data sequence. The second st ep is to calculated grey relational degree for determining the weights of evaluation indicators, then to calculate the relational order. In this study, the grey theory, relational degree, and com prehensive evaluation theory are explain ed systematically. The weights are determined by the variation coefficient method. By reference to releva nt theories of econom ics and management, and by the m ethod of operational research an d social investigation, to construct the overall comprehensive evaluation scheme, it could analyze q uantitatively the effect of water supply engineering plan in G town, wh ich is aimed at determine the optimizing engineering plan. In brief, the research idea of above method will provide a theoretical analysis model for other public construction projects, and will give a new research idea for feasibility study on the other project.
