Complex Product Systems Modular Decomposition

This paper analyses the modern theories of modularity separation and complex product system. Based on the modularity theories, the paper analyses the applicability of modularity separation of complex product system. Because it is not suitable for all the complex product system to make use of modularity separation thoughts.In the main part, the paper first introduces the popular methods of modularity separation. We list a series of separation principles that the enterprises should obey. Based on the separation methods and principles, the paper establish the separation model of complex product system. According to this model,the enterprises could modularly separate the complex product system properly. Then the paper analyses the relationship between modularity separation degreeand performance of enterprises. At last, the paper analyses the localizations of the model.As an effective way of dealing with complex product system, moduarity has been used very widely. For the sake of enterprises, based on the modularity theories and the modularity separation model, the paper put forward the basic approaches of moduarity separation process.
