International Hydropower Project Risk Management Studies

Based on the status of China's enterprises into international Hydroelectric market and the weakness of the enterprises themselves, This dissertation analyzed and expatiated the necessity and urgency of strengthening the research on international Hydroelectric project and the essence of project and risk management respectively and got the thesis of that the project management is actually risk management. This dissertation also analyzed the vertical and horizontal macro-risk of the project systemically, identified the risk of international Hydroelectric project, indicated the possibility and effect of various risks and summarized the characteristics of the international Hydroelectric project risks. And this dissertation elaborated the measures responded to the risk and emphasized that to evaluate the feedback information after risk attaches great importance to modify the whole risk management.
