Research On Risk Management Of Hydroelectric Investigation And Design Project Based On Full Life-Cycle

The current study introduced the theory of full Life-cycle to the risk management of hydroelectric investigation and design projects, and proposed the concept of the risk management of hydroelectric investigation and design projects based on Full Life-Cycle Model. As a foundation work, the article analyzed the risk factors of hydroelectric investigation and design project and full life-cycle. Then, the risk management model of hydroelectric investigation and design projects based on Full Life-Cycle Model was established, which actualized the integration of each stage and course of risk management, and entirely described the thoughts of the risk management of hydroelectric investigation and design projects based on Full Life-Cycle Model. Furthermore, according to the internal requirement of the risk management of hydroelectric investigation and design projects based on Full Life-Cycle, the article proposed solutions of risk management from four aspects-organizational structure, the integration of methods and techniques, optimization of the selection system of methods and solutions of the risk management, and exploitation of the information system of the Full Life-Cycle risk management.
